Last weekend I went to Vienna! It was a great trip with amazing weather!
On the way we stopped at the most amazing rest stop on earth! It's called Excalibur City. This place has everything!!! Grocery store, casinos, hotels, hair dresser, stores, restaurants, rides and the list could go on.

The dragons on that building totally breathed smoke and made noises randomly. Medieval Music was also playing in that area.

Now to Vienna!

We went to a bike festival. People in Vienna are a lot more active compared to in Prague. In Vienna you can pick up a bike in one part of the city and drop it off at a bike rack in another. Bike lanes are every where. I don't think I've ever seen a bike in Prague, its just not practical.

We had the most amazing food ever at the centimeter. It came in a garden wheelbarrow with wiener Schnitzel and we aren't really sure what anything else was called but it was delicious! It was also very cheap probably totaling about $10 USD each including drinks and I'm sure we easily could have shared it with another person or two.

Of course we still had room for gelato afterwards!

We had cake a the famous Cafe Demel. The window displays are all made of sugar! I went for some fruity chocolate cake, everyone else went for the special sachertorte cake of Vienna (this was extremely pricey $$$). This bakery is also home of the local Rotary Club meetings, I thought of you dad!

Vienna is famous for music. I visited the Mozart museum in the apartment that Mozart lived in. This is not a picture of the museum but I thought the flowers were pretty cool!

Schonbrunnn aka the imperial summer palace! Sooooo pretty and amazing. This place is huuuuuge and has a ton going on including a zoo and hedge maze. The view and the land is just amazing in itself, I guess I know why Marie Antoinette can be considered spoiled!

All of the buildings are yellow so I think this might be Ali's house for when she grows up! I can't wait to visit.

And of course a trip to Vienna, Austria would not be complete with apfelstrudel!!!!
In case you couldn't tell one of the best parts of traveling is the food. This is especially the case when you live in Prague. The food here is cheap but soooo boring and bland.
