  1. Hello Jesse, Glad you at least saw a model of the dancin building. Sounds like you are having a good time.

Bu now you should be able to validate the original Budweiser beer as being from the Czeck republic? This is the story I heard when there many years ago.

Still waiting for "your" picture of the Dancin Building".

    Take care..

  2. Hi!

I believe the origin Budweiser is very controversial. Is it German? American? Czech? Beer is typically named after the city that it is brewed in. The Bohemian city, Budweis, is the origin of the name Budweiser. Originally German speakers brewed here and began exporting there beer to America, communism kinda got in the way of that a bit. Anheuser-Busch now markets Budweiser in the US however however I do not believe this beer has direct connection to the city. A Czech speaking company, Budweiser Budwar still brews here. This beer is marketed in the US under the name Czechvar. The naming rights has caused many debates over the years.

OK, so I drink a tiny bit of beer here but I can't really call myself a connoisseur of any sorts. To be honest I haven't really sampled any type of Budweiser. This information comes from Wikipedia, an amazing source of all of us who are clueless but like to pretend.

I do however know that the Czechs always seem to have identity issues.

My computer has not been cooperating with me! I will try to put the dancin building up tonight!
